ThermalSafe® panel is an insulated metal panel made with non-combustible structural mineral wool core maximizing compressive strength with an exclusive double tongue and groove interlocking joint design to further enhance the fire resistant performance.

The ThermalSafe® panel meets the required ratings for ASTM E 119, UL S 101, and UL 263 through Intertek and UL, in both US and Canada. These panels are UL fire rated assemblies that achieve one-, two-, or three-hour fire rating for walls and a 1.5 hour fire rating for ceilings. These panels have superior structural characteristics and span capabilities to help provide protect against fire.

ThermalSafe® comes with three different profiles, Santa Fe with a heavy embossed, Ultra-Light Mesa with 1/32″ deep planks or Light Striated with 1/32″ striations, for the desired look.

Ideal for barrier walls to provide a fire wall or for any high risk building applications.
